  In fort Thomas, there's four places you can go to get a cold beer, three of which sell food, two of which have pizza, but only one of them make you feel at home. Where everyone knows your name and the bartenders are ready for your order. Where the food is made to order and always fresh. Where the company is always friendly and makes you feel at home and welcomes any all who haven't attended. Thank you for always having the best food and the coldest drinks in ft thomas

  11:30 am & full of smokers. It's bad enough that people are stupid enough to still be smoking in 2019 (or any point after say 1960, for that matter), but for it to be allowed in a setting where food is prepared & served is ridiculous.
  
  My order took over 40 minutes, which seems far too long, especially given that they got one of the items wrong.  Food was decent, but taste hardly compensated for the experience  
  
  Will not be back.

  Where do I start...
  
  Ok, it's Kentucky, everyone smokes here, and this place is no exception... they even have one of those old cigarette machines from the 60/70s era...
  
  I went right as lunch was starting, and the place was empty except for the lady working the bar (in the smoking section, which actually might be the entire place). So I peeled my way through the left over smoke (clearly from years past) to a semi clean table... it wobbled. The lady came and plopped a menu down and asked me if I knew what I wanted to drink... well this is Kentucky, so why not get an ice T... so I ordered one. Pretty sure they have an ice shortage here in Kentucky because there wasn't but two "thingies" of ice in it, and it was from the soda machine, ugh.
  
  I did inquire about local beers... for the record, Coors Light is apparently a local beer (not). I stuck with the tea (no ice at this point).
  
  A few minutes later, my nose was already running, and my eyee were burning from the smoke, ugh... and the lady took my order, which was 6 wings and a medium Pepperoni & mushroom pizza.
  
  About 15 minutes later (mind you I was the only person here) my pizza and wings arrived. But, at this point, a second person walked in (ignore him, he isn't important). I had to ask for crushed peppers... I tried a wing, it was hot, that's good. I took a piece of the pizza, it was hot too. That's also good.
  
  The Pizza and wings were ok, my Tea still sucked, and by now a third person, a lady came in, she had called in a pizza, and lit up a cancer stick while waiting... so now my pizza started to have a hint of nicotine to it. Thr server came back and asked if I was good... I asked her for ice to add to my Tea... this time around she brought back Ice T (from the sofa machine).
  
  I finished my pizza & wings while watching the lady smoke... kindly took a final swig of Ice T, and went to the bar and paid for my meal.
  
  Look... seriously, I won't return, ever, even if there's a fire and people are burning up inside. It's pretty bad, and there was nothing special to write home to mom about regarding the pizza, wings, Ice T, service, atmosphere, etc... frankly... it sucked! And shame on me for going there! Do yourself a favor... and maybe consider somewhere else to go.

  Ordered a pizza for delivery. It showed up and ALL of the cheese had slid off the top of the pizza into a mess on the side of the box. Extremely disappointed and won't be ordering from here again. Even after I managed to salvage some of the cheese onto the top into some semblance of a "pizza", it didn't even taste very good. Better off spending your $ at domino's.

  Worst experience ever. Ordered 1 small beer to drink while I waited on carryout.  the sampler and 4 small wings. I waited over an hour. Everything was wrong. All of the food aside from the wings were burnt and cold . Half of the wings came with sauce that I asked for on the side the others came  plain with no sauce. I didnt check my order before I left unfortunately.  I tipped the server left and came back for a refund. The server was a manager who got mad that I was upset she served me burnt food. When I walked in she yelled "here's your refund" no apology not sincerity just plain rude. she only refunded food. Not beer not the tip even though I sat for over an hour didnt get to eat any food. actually started to yell at me and said I couldn't come back when I expressed that I'd like to speak to a manager because I was unhappy. I didnt want a credit I didnt want free food I just wanted to let him or her know of the awful people he has working for him so he can improve his business . I've never been so disgusted with a "restruant" in my life. I threw the food on the ground and left . Lol she told me I could come back after this  I feel like throwing food allover the floor made it clear I didn't want to come back.
